Gold Creek
Looking for an opportunity to get out of the city and into a winter wonderland, without having to spend half of the day driving? Then this is the trip for you. Join us for a day of exploring the Gold Creek valley, located in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness. We'll wander through forest groves, open meadows and steep gorges under the looming shadow of Kendall Peak. This trip is great for all ages and ability levels.
Location: Gold Creek Snow-Park, Kittitas County Washington, approximately 2 miles east of Snoqualmie Pass I-90.
Difficulty: Beginner

11:00-1:00 Check out the Gold Creek valley
1:00-1:45 Lunch
2:00-4:00 Head back to the trailhead
